Terms of Use

Furl Stretch provides stretching, mobility, routine, reminder, streak, and related wellness features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including free and paid features.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Furl Stretch. If the law where you live requires a higher age or parental consent, you must meet that requirement. You must have legal capacity, or permission from a parent or guardian, to make purchases or start subscriptions.

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. You may request account deletion through the app where available or by contacting us at support@altimova.com.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Furl Stretch for your personal wellness use, subject to these Terms and applicable app store terms.

You may not:

• copy, modify, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense Furl Stretch;
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where law permits;
• interfere with, disrupt, or misuse Furl Stretch or its infrastructure;
• use Furl Stretch for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or misleading purposes;
• upload or share content that infringes rights or violates law;
• attempt to bypass security, usage limits, or access controls.

Furl Stretch provides general stretching and mobility content for informational and wellness purposes only. Furl Stretch is not medical advice, physical therapy, diagnosis, treatment, a healthcare service, or a medical device. Furl Stretch does not replace advice from a physician, physical therapist, or other qualified healthcare professional.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using Furl Stretch or starting any stretching, mobility, fitness, or exercise routine, especially if you are pregnant, injured, in pain, recovering from surgery, under medical care, have a heart, bone, joint, neurological, balance, mobility, or other medical condition, or are unsure whether an activity is safe for you.

Stop immediately and seek appropriate medical help if you experience pain, dizziness, faintness, chest pain, shortness of breath, numbness, unusual weakness, or any other concerning symptom. Do not ignore or delay professional medical advice because of anything you see in Furl Stretch.

Physical activity involves risk. You are responsible for evaluating your own health, limits, form, surroundings, and ability before using Furl Stretch. You agree that your use of Furl Stretch and any stretching or mobility activity is at your own risk.

You are responsible for routines, names, notes, preferences, streak groups, invites, and other content or information you create or share through Furl Stretch. You grant us permission to host, process, display, and use that content as needed to provide and improve Furl Stretch. We may remove content or restrict access if we believe it violates these Terms, law, or the rights or safety of others.

Furl Stretch may offer paid features, purchases, or subscriptions through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other app store providers. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, billing, and refunds are handled by the applicable app store and are subject to that provider's terms. We do not receive your full payment card number.

Unless cancelled through the applicable app store before renewal, a subscription may renew automatically. Deleting the app or your account may not cancel a subscription; you must manage cancellation through the app store account used for purchase.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information. By using Furl Stretch, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

Furl Stretch may rely on third-party platforms and services, including app stores, authentication providers, cloud infrastructure, analytics, diagnostics, subscription processing, and support tools. We are not responsible for third-party services, terms, policies, availability, or actions.

Furl Stretch is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that Furl Stretch will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or suitable for your needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altimova Studio LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or other losses arising from or related to your use of Furl Stretch. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Furl Stretch in the 12 months before the claim or 100 USD, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Altimova Studio LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of Furl Stretch, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access to Furl Stretch if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, misused the service, or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using Furl Stretch at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of Furl Stretch after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the state where Altimova Studio LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
