Stretching app for beginners
You do not need to memorize stretches or design a complete program before you begin. Furl asks about your goals, current experience, target areas, and available time, then turns those choices into a guided routine.

How Furl helps
Furl starts with familiar goals: improve flexibility, ease everyday stiffness, warm up or recover, relax and wind down, or build a daily habit. Choose one or more goals and the body areas you want to emphasize.
You can preview the routine before starting, including its stretches and expected duration. If something does not fit, change the routine rather than feeling locked into it.
During a session, Furl presents the current movement with a countdown and routine progress. Audio and haptic cues can signal transitions and side changes, reducing the need to keep looking at the phone.
Pause when needed, use a comfortable range of motion, and stop if you experience pain or concerning symptoms. Beginner-friendly does not mean every movement is right for every person.
Save routines you want to revisit, adjust individual durations, and look back at completed sessions. Over time, you can build a small set of reliable routines for different parts of your day.
Furl offers general stretching and mobility content. It does not diagnose conditions or replace individualized advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
